Courtyard by Marriott Boston Natick
HERS has blocked a section of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Natick Hotel for all participants for all four HERS Wellesley Institute weekends.* Participants are required to make their own reservations and payments. HERS Institute sessions on Thursdays will take place at the Courtyard in Natick. Transportation to the Wellesley College campus for Friday and Saturday sessions will be arranged. The following room rates include a full breakfast:
Rooms Reserved October 7-10, 2009 for the October 8-10 session: $122.00/night plus taxes
Rooms Reserved November 18-21, 2009 for the November 19-21: $122.00/night plus taxes
Rooms Reserved February 3-6, 2010 for the February 4-6 session: $124.00/night plus taxes
Rooms Reserved March 10-13, 2010 for the March 11-13: $124.00/night plus taxes
*We have reserved Wednesday evenings before the sessions start on Thursday mornings for participants who will be traveling the day before.

Wellesley College Club
There are also a very limited number of rooms at the Wellesley College Club (WCC) on the Wellesley College campus. Room rates of $119.00 for a small room and $129 for a large room include a continental breakfast. The WCC is undergoing a management change and those rates could change. Participants staying at the WCC will be responsible for traveling to the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Natick on the four Thursdays that sessions will be held there.
Reservations can be made by calling the Wellesley College Club directly at 781-283-2700. Room reservations require a credit card to hold the room. Please be aware that the WCC is frequently blocked for Wellesley College events; therefore there is no guarantee that there will be space for HERS participants at the WCC during any of the HERS Wellesley Institute weekends.
